The appearance of the new GAC GN8 2020 business class minivan in Russia was expected at the beginning of 2020, OTTS was approved back in April, but only now the manufacturer officially started selling. The delay in the start of sales and the presentation of the novelty is associated with the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic. In China, the car has been well known since 2017 and has already been restyled. The novelty arrived in Russia in a pre-styling version, it is strict in terms of design, arrangement of elements and you should not expect any special modifications on board the new item.
Under the hood of the GAC GN8 luxury minivan, a 2.0-liter turbocharged gasoline engine is installed. The power of the unit is 190 horses, and the maximum torque is 320 Nm. Aisin's 6-speed hydromechanical automatic transmission will work in tandem with the engine. As for the drive, it is only front.
