As it became known, one of the European divisions decided to bring to the market the updated Toyota C-HR 2020 crossover. Under the hood of the novelty there is a 2-liter gasoline engine, and the central panel is occupied by a multimedia touchscreen display based on Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
A distinctive feature of the new Toyota C-HR is the modern grille with a honeycomb insert. New front and rear bumpers and modern optics have also been added. Unlike the previous model, in the new crossover, the designers have combined the main part of the optics and LED running lights into one whole. The hind feet were also joined together by a small glossy spoiler. To diversify the color of the body of the Toyota C-HR, new shades have been added. Additionally, they offer to choose the shade of the roof. Likewise, the interior has acquired additional shades. The new crossover multimedia system can be updated over the air, as well as simultaneously support Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, previously the system could only support Apple CarPlay and then with a minimum set of functions.
As already mentioned, a hybrid unit, the Hybrid Dynamic Force system, will be installed under the hood of the European version of the Toyota C-HR 2020. The basis was a 2.0-liter gasoline engine. The total engine power is 187 horses. In addition to the engine, the crossover received a retuned suspension and new steering. This allowed for increased maneuverability and improved handling. According to the manufacturer, the previous hybrid installation was also left on the market, with a 1.8-liter gasoline engine and a total capacity of 124 horses.
